Old Titan Posted November 28, 2022 Posted November 28, 2022 ORU just ouside at No. 26 in this poll; a victory over TU would no doubt elevate them next Monday. 1

oruvoice Posted November 29, 2022 Posted November 29, 2022 You guys don't know nothin'. Toughest schedule in the nation and a 5-3 record (after tonight). We should be in the AP Top 25!
theeagleman5 Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 #2 vs. #5 at Mabee Center next Monday Night....potentially could be the best game of the season.... 1
Bogus Smith Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 Joe shows us as a 14-seed - the same as Liberty - against Baylor. That would be a storyline, but not a good matchup IMHO. 2023 NCAA TOURNAMENT BRACKETOLOGY - BY JOE LUNARDI
Old Titan Posted December 8, 2022 Posted December 8, 2022 ORU lurking outside the Top 25 in the CollegeInsider.com mid-major poll: No. 29 in "Others Receiving Votes".
dave Posted December 8, 2022 Posted December 8, 2022 Monday might be the day they can break into that poll.
Old Titan Posted December 9, 2022 Posted December 9, 2022 Embarrassingly uninformed prediction by Andy Katz, picking Denver as the Summit League auto qualifier. He’s more than likely simply going by their fool’s gold 8-2 record, all amassed vs. Quad 4 opponents There are four schools (ORU, SDSU, USD, and UMKC) with a better chance than Denver of winning three straight games in Sioux Falls. 1
Idig32 Posted December 11, 2022 Posted December 11, 2022 ORU is #70 in the initial NET rankings. Other interesting rankings: Houston is #1. Utah State is #15. Saint Mary’s is #16. The next highest ranked Summit team is St. Thomas at #130. The rankings can be found here: https://stats.ncaa.org/selection_rankings/nitty_gritties/28103
Idig32 Posted December 11, 2022 Posted December 11, 2022 Sorry, I just realized this is kinda old news. I hadn’t seen anyone else post about it, but it was released on the 5th.

theeagleman5 Posted December 13, 2022 Posted December 13, 2022 Always good to know that ORU is better than UMASS-Lowell......but still worse than Bryant....hopefully ORU surpasses Liberty U. after our victory tonight at Mabee..... 1
ORUalum Posted December 13, 2022 Posted December 13, 2022 14 seed vs Baylor in the latest Lunardi projection...
