theeagleman5 Posted June 3, 2023 Share Posted June 3, 2023 OSU has to be grumbling about this first round matchup with ORU as a 4 seed and with us having beaten them twice already......now they are sent to the Losers Bracket vs. a dangerous Dallas Baptist team that also has beaten the Pokes this season.....Host team could be gone before dinner time tomorrow although I wouldn't count on it....otherwise there will be a ton of seats available for ORU fans to come over from Tulsa for the rest of the tournament.....in fact, the Golden Eagles should have somewhat of a home advantage in Stillwater tomorrow night vs. Washington and should also be the home team in that game.....top 2 seeds losing today is huge for ORU.....Huskies are a very good team for sure but glad we have avoided DBU at least for now...... 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
theeagleman5 Posted June 3, 2023 Share Posted June 3, 2023 Apparently not a sellout in Stillwater tonight but still 5423 an impressive number and possibly 10% or more of that were ORU fans from the looks of that video.....here's hoping a lot more make the drive from Tulsa to see the Washington game tomorrow night...should be plenty of seats available.....meanwhile OSU has the short turn around after a tough long game tonight...they will have to take the field at 2pm Central vs. a scrappy team of DBU Patriots.....that should be an entertaining elimination game....a good team will be headed home early...... 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
