ORUTerry
I was poking around on the Rivals' site and found the following information regarding possible ORU recruits. I am not sure about the veracity of this information; I do know that Frank Williams has signed with Detroit. We also know that our coaching staff keeps things very quiet and I am sure there are other players flying under the radar. Dr. Cornelius
Isn't John Paul II the same high school that Coach Walton just signed Joey Perez from? Maybe Mayberry is a possibility.
ORU Eli
Triton looks big and tough, but he's no Charlie Ludwig.
ORUTerry
Jerry Finkbeiner signed Lydia Ross-Miller (5’5 point guard) from God's Academy - where we are evidently recruiting Denzell Hughey. Lydia has a brother (KC Ross-Miller) at God's Academy who also plays point guard and is averaging 27.2 ppg, 3 rebounds and 9.1 assists. dchief42
also looks like there is a new person on our interest list on rivals, maybe he has been on there, but i havnt seen him on there before. Doesnt look like we have offered him yet, but rivals is sometimes wrong b/c Chris Signed his LOI a longg time ago, and it still doesnt show. Juvonte Reddic Ht:6'9" Wt:210 lbs Quality Education Academy Scout.com Juvonte Reddic, PF, Quality Education Academy – This guy has late bloomer written all over him. He’s known for his motor, and he’s adding to it. He’s capable of stepping out and knocking down mid-range jumpers, but what he showed today was intensity on both ends. He finished well around the basket, showed a nice pair of hands and blocked shots on the defensive side of things. He finished with 12 points. ORUalum
RECRUITING ROUNDUP Nevada point guard recruit K.C. Ross-Miller has cut his list of potential schools to eight and Nevada isn’t on the list, his father and coach Tim Miller said Monday. Ross-Miller is still considering Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Baylor, Mississippi, Florida State, Virginia, Oral Roberts and Wichita State. Ross-Miller, who plays at God’s Academy in Dallas, is ranked by the recruiting Web site Rivals.com as the 148th-best prospect in the country. He took an official visit to Nevada in late October. http://www.rgj.com/article/20100112/SPO ... 018/SPORTS
Dr. Cornelius
Wow! K.C. is VERY talented player. I hope he decides to follow his sister to ORU. Most videos are old but this is the longest... most are from when he was committed to Gillispie/Kentucky.
SOLO_Gold
Thinking about how good our Lady Eagles are going to be over the next four-five years, it could be a pretty special thing to be a brother/sister combo for a university the size of ours. Did anyone else notice how overtly Christian the songs are for this mix tape? It appears it could be a win/win on multiple levels.
darrenj
K.C. is a Big 12 starting guard type of player and there are connections to ORU also his mom is from Tulsa. Very talented kid who had commited to Kentucky for Billy G.. He would be a huge get for the staff.
ORUTerry
Huge? It would be seismic. He is averaging over 28 ppg this year so he must laso be able to shoot the basketball. And we all know we could use a shooter/scorer.
