ORUTex
I'm referring to the 13 runners the Cougars left on base. Any key hit with those "ducks on the pond" would have spelled trouble for the Eagles. Walking 5 guys in one inning and only having one score is definitely dodging some bullets. We were running out of places to put baserunners. ORUTerry
Just win, baby.... the ORU baseball team continues to find ways to win. Let's hope our bats warm up tomorrow against Rice.
ORUTex
Let's hope our bats warm up tomorrow against Rice. Yeah, but Rice pitching is not exactly the recommended medicine for breaking out of a slump. I think we may be in for another pitcher's duel tomorrow. Oh, and they beat ND 9-0 today - let's hope they used up all their hits.
theeagleman5
6-2 is a very nice start and beating WSU was a little payback for the NCAA beating they gave us in basketball 2 yrs ago.....TheEagleman is pleased!....now on to beat the Owls tomorrow!.....
