One problem is that everything is electronic now and no one is really taught how to write. Getting back a hard copy with red ink all over it and being told to try again is a very good learning tool. However, this one might just be a "throw it away and start over". Another post talked about the video production quality. I do not think there is any real training for the camera operators or the switcher in the truck. Some of the kids on the production crew probably have never watched a baseball game on TV before.
