What better way to remember one of the most amazing sporting events of my life! Eating lunch and drinking from my CWS souvenir cup! It’s keeping that incredible event up close and personal!

Jake McMurray re-posted this picture and said "Traded the spikes for the stopwatch". Jake's Instagram bio now says "Graduate Assistant @orubase" as well.  I think its cool to see him back and helping out with the "next guys up"!

I sure hope Jake gets a look for the spring by some team.  He tore up the Pioneer League and can obviously play first base (no one does the splits like Jake), so I am hopeful that once the team breaks camp in February that Jake will be headed to Arizona or Florida (for his sake).  If that doesn't happen, you can't have a better bench leader than Jake to help support Holden Breeze with the next chapter in ORU Baseball.
