How is it "being cynical" to suggest that maybe he should get a haircut every now and then? Cynical would be blaming the bad hair on something - such as his finances. I didn't bring up the "cost" issue, I just responded that I doubt that's the reason for the flowing locks. My guess is he just thinks it looks good...
