Here is the link to and an excerpt of the article about Dallas Beeler pitching 6 innings and giving up only 1 unearned run.  Way to go!

On Saturday, Jenks graduate Dallas Beeler was superb in his major league debut with the Chicago Cubs, although he was the tough-luck loser in Washington’s 3-0 victory in the opener of a day-night doubleheader at Wrigley Field.

Beeler, a former Oral Roberts right-hander, allowed four hits and one run (unearned) in six innings. He walked three and struck out six as he threw 54 of his 91 pitches for strikes. Beeler also lined a single on the first pitch he saw from Nationals ace lefty Gio Gonzalez.

from the articles that i have read, it sounds like he has a future as an end of the rotation type guy or as an innings eater out of the bullpen.  below are some gifs comparing his delivery (not his stuff) to Roy Halladay

Once the game started, Twitter exploded with comparisons to Roy Halladay. No, not because he's anywhere near as good as Doc. Mostly because of the throwing motion that Beeler rolls with. Check this out:
