Geez....TheEagleman is sure glad he didn't travel down to Philly tonight to catch this one....it's embarassing.....ORU down 30 midway thru the 2nd half vs. a very mediocre LaSalle U. team.....what's the problem with our ladies?.... :worried::(:worried:

Final score...LaSalle 87 ORU 67.....we fell behind by 30 at half only scoring 16 pts in the first 20 minutes....not sure what went wrong tonight against a team that frankly just isn't very good....maybe 25 turnovers had something to do with it....Kevi had 24 but the Lady Explorers had 26 more shots that we did....very disappointing road trip for our girls...it's all gone downhill since the TU debacle last Tuesday......this hasn't been a very good week for ORU basketball overall.... ;(

How hard is it to figure out? Last three games with 58 turnovers and 27 assists...you can't run and gun without SOME discipline..can't the coaching staff settle them down or do they not even attempt to?

They have shooters when they don't take all those wild shots

And so with that, we have our first sighting of the young season of ladies hater extraordinaire, jfusa90... |(

i suspect they are missing the leadership/play of janae voelker (sp?). i got to think they will right the ship by the time conference season rolls around.

Let's hope they get this out of their systems before the conference games begin. They def. have shooters, but you wouldn't know if from their FG% the last couple of games. That begs the question....what is causing the lower FG%? Are they up against better defenses or are they all in a bit of a shooting slump? They are turnover prone anyway with their run-n-gun offense, but certainly, the assists have plummeted. Again, that could have something to do with the defenses they have played against lately?

No inside game. We have one post player on the team (Pyle) and she is an "undersized" big.

If we can't get stops/defensive rebounds, it is MUCH harder to run the fast-break offense....
