Tulsa exploded out of the halftime locker room and captured an 83-68 win over Oral Roberts in the 47th Mayor’s Cup game on Tuesday afternoon. The game was a part of ESPN’s 24 Hours of Basketball and played before an announced crowd of 7,057 at the Reynolds Center. It is the Golden Hurricane’s fourth win in the past five meetings between the schools. Junior Steven Idlet tied his career-high with a game-high 20 points.
