Baseball Guy
Don't forget that the Gents play makeup with Western Illinois in a game today and a double header tomorrow.
MrsSmith
the competition for the 4th spot looks pretty tough, but it looks like SUU may have the edge in the upcoming schedule. If we stay tied with SDSU do they have the tiebreaker?
ORUTerry
Sorry about that.... I don't think the Summit has it on their web site.
theeagleman5
Yeah, those Centenary vs. WIU games today and tomorrow are huge....ORU needs for the Leathernecks to win at least one....if they do, we still have a decent shot at the #1 seed.... ManiacAlum
By the way, WIU up on Centenary 13-7 in 6th Inning. This quirk in the scheduling must have left the Gents with no pitching. Maybe backing into that 1-seed isn't out of the question after all
Bogus Smith
We better hope that Centenary stays as the #1 seed. SDSU has the tie breaker on us since they won the series earlier this season. If SDSU doesn't lose this weekend and we can't get all four games in, we could end up as the #2 seed vs. #3 Centenary and facing Whiting again. WIU is going to be low on pitching this weekend vs. SDSU, so they aren't going to be much help to us.
