Mike Brown reports on his blog that the Belize National Team, which last summer included ORU's Kyron Stokes, has won an appeal with FIBA regarding the eligibility of several players (including Kyron) during the COCABA basketball championship in Mexico this past August.

This not only means the Belize team gets their silver medals from the tournament; it also means Kyron should be eligible to continue playing for Belize in upcoming international competitions, including the Olympics, should they qualify.
