First-place Eagles aim to hold their ground

Oral Roberts faces a key four-game stretch in Summit League action that could well determine what seed the Golden Eagles get going into the conference tournament in March.

It begins with Saturday's 2:05 p.m. home game against Summit preseason favorite South Dakota State.

"It ranks in the top tier of games for our program," ORU coach Jerry Finkbeiner said.

Important game today vs. the 11-8 SDSU ladies....the Jacks have won 3 straight so ORU needs to be on their toes today....a big game from Kevi would be nice..... :inlove::inlove::inlove:

One of the benefits of the weather is that the SDSU women couldn't get a flight into Tulsa yesterday and had to bus down from Brookings yesterday. Have no idea what time they arrived, but with the roads the way that they were, I'm sure it was very late last night. Hope it provides our quick defense an opportunity to take advantage of that.
