Bogus Smith Posted January 29, 2010 Share Posted January 29, 2010 Teams ready to weather storm by: JOHN KLEIN Senior Sports Columnist THERE WAS a road trip earlier this year when the Oral Roberts men's basketball team walked out of its hotel to go to the arena and the wind chill outside was minus 33. When you play in a league with teams in the Dakotas, and almost all of your road trips include connecting flights through Denver and Chicago, you can pretty much bank on some weather woes. "I think in our league you always have a plan B," said Steve Upshaw, ORU's director of basketball operations.
