Bogus Smith Posted January 12, 2010 Share Posted January 12, 2010 The ladies go out to a double digit lead during the first half and control the game after the first 8 minutes, running to a 77-62 win over a tough Oakland team. The Lady Grizz didn't give up without a fight. They were down by 20 points and fought back to within 9 points before Luper and Co. took over and expanded the lead back out to the final advantage of 15 points. Luper gets 22(?) points; Bigman contributes 14 points. Nice win for the Lady Golden Eagles to run their record to 4-2 and a second place tie.
