I think it would be cool to chronicle his first 100 days to see what other significant changes/progress he brings. ORUTerry Posted July 23, 2009 Share Posted July 23, 2009 Dr. Rutland showed a propensity to increase enrollment while he was at Southeastern University - taking the school form around 900 students to over 3,000. You have to go where the people are and changing demographics dictate that we target the growing Hispanic population. He mentions a target of 25% annual enrollment growth in his talk.
