ORUTerry
Link to ESPN Scoreboard Several lopsided games that must reflect teams that 'ran out' of pitching. Army (4) is beating Texas (1) in the 4th inning, 6 to 3. Oklahoma is losing to Arkansas, 5 to 0 in the 3rd inning. Oklahoma State is getting shelled by Clemson, 11 to 0 in the 4th inning. theeagleman5
Bye Bye Sonny and OU....another Galloway flop as #1 seed with home advantage....the Hogs advance to face FSU...by the way, the Noles outscored it's weekend opponents by a combined 61-12.....ouch!.... LarryL
6-5, Clemson knocks off OSU, before 6,217. Clemson headed to Tempe. Would have loved to see our Golden Eagles out here, but not to be.
LarryL
Look out for Virginia in the Supers. Suprise ACC winner, and surprise winner of the Fullerton Regional.
TrueBlue82
Actually, UVA knocked off Cal-Irvine, not Fullerton, but an impressive showing in what many regarded as the toughest regional.
Old Titan
Actually, UVA knocked off Cal-Irvine, not Fullerton, but an impressive showing in what many regarded as the toughest regional. Virginia earned and deserved the regional that East Carolina got instead. But then again, Virginia didn't have a representative from their school on the selection committee like East Carolina did. See, it's not always all about money (in this case, C-USA getting one over on the ACC). Sometimes, it's just about who's in the room.
