Alison served as the Director of Publications for Global Servants for twenty years giving oversight to all print media.From 1990-1995, Alison served as the Director of Women's Ministries at Calvary Assembly in Orlando, Florida.In 2002 for the next two years she assumed the Directorship of House of Grace, Global Servant's home for girls in Thailand.In 2003 she became the Administrator for the Rutland Group, a leadership consultancy founded by Dr. Rutland.Presently, Alison serves as the Director of Freshmen Discipleship at Southeastern University and is an adjunct instructor in the Ministries Development Department of the University.
