filbert Posted January 6, 2009 Share Posted January 6, 2009 OU beat us fair and square. No excuses from Rabbitland. We got beat--badly, tonight. All credit to Oakland to wanting it more than the Rabbits wanted it. I think it's taking a while for our teams to get used to playing in a conference again. The bad teams in a conference can jump up and beat you on a given night. The GOOD teams in a conference-- like OU and ORU--can beat you on ANY night. A lesson the SDSU women needed to learn, I think. I think the key to beating Oakland is to continue the tenacious D which our ladies demonstrated last Saturday.
