By that I think he means that there will no longer be posts allowed on it. There will be a post directing people to the location of the new board. That location is under discussion, and I guess the decision of where/how to go will be decided by consensus. Unlike the ORU board, that has changed a couple of times, the voy board is the only one that they've had over the time that I've been visiting it - or should I say, it has been the most used. There have been a couple of others, but they never reached the popularity of this one. Oh, well - can't blame them for wanting to improve on their situation.
