Mayor's Cup Game Tips-off Basketball Season in Tulsa

Tulsa hosts Oral Roberts in game between cross-town rivals

Nov. 13, 2008

Tulsa, Oklahoma - It will be the 45th meeting between city rivals Tulsa and Oral Roberts when the two teams face-off on Saturday afternoon on the TU campus at the Donald W. Reynolds Center. Tip-off is slated for 4:05 pm.

The Hurricane is coming off of a 22-14 season that including winning the post-season College Basketball Invitational Championship. ORU had a 24-9 record and won the Summit League title while advancing to the NCAA Tournament last season.
