Turn your $1 into $4 for scholarships

During the Alumni Board meetings we were told about the new "Whole Person" scholarships.

The Green family has agreed to match every dollar given for the scholarships between now and April 30,2009. The Board of Trustees will then match that $2, making it $4.

If you know of students who chose TCC and are getting ready to transfer to a 4 year university, this would be an opportunity for them as well as a freshman to get a scholarship.

When making your check out to the Alumni Foundation, show "Whole Person Scholarship Drive in the memo section.

This is a great campaign right here with a lot of firepower.  My only problem with it is "First Annual" is bad grammar. Something can only be annual after the first year.  So that isn't a good way to word the campaign for an academic institution.
