ORU Eli Posted September 11, 2008 Share Posted September 11, 2008 Please pray for the family of Monique (Kaleda) Boss, ORU '89. She passed away on Sunday after a 4 year battle with a rare disease that attacked her nervous system. She has a husband, Mike, and two kids Kaylee, age 5, and Cameron, age 3, that live in Round Rock, TX. Monique was not involved directly with the university but was a great ambassador for ORU. Not only was she an awesome Christian woman and close family friend, she went out of her way to be-friend and mentor a lot of high school students and always encouraged them to pray about attending ORU. God used her in my life when I was very confused about school to point me in the right direction. We're praying that God comfort and strengthen her family during this difficult time.
