Apparently Cuba was quite disappointed with their silver medals. Too bad, Cuba. South Korean Bong Jung-keun collected some red clay from the pitcher's mound and carried it away in an empty water bottle, a treasure from the night he won Olympic gold and beat the mighty Cubans. "I will keep it until I die," the elated Bong said, still coming to grips with his team's most improbable finish in the Beijing Games. ORUTerry Posted August 24, 2008 Share Posted August 24, 2008 The Korea vs. Cuba game was thrilling. I did not watch many games, but from what I saw - the umpiring was pathetic.
