Some people, when talking about when a good coach is at a quote unquote mid-major, aren't content to talk about what type of coach he is, but talk about the next level. Scott would be the same coach at the quote unquote next level as he is now. It isn't about what level he's at, but it's about how good he is and he's got the goods. You can't tell me that Scott's preparations and practice plans are different than the ones of coaches in the Big 12.
