Old Titan Posted June 16, 2008 Share Posted June 16, 2008 Should be interesting to check out the late-night box scores the next three days as Michael Holliman and the Detroit Tigers visit Steve Holm and the San Francisco Giants at Comerica Park. Would be nice to see if the two former Golden Eagles could play against each other in the same game - may not have happened for ORU players since Mike Moore (with Seattle, Oakland, and Detroit) took on Keith Miller with the Royals and Tom Nieto with the Twins, respectively. Holliman actually got the start over Renteria at shortstop, but had a rough night: 0-for-3 at the plate, with his first error of the season.
