OKC Eagle Posted January 5, 2006 Share Posted January 5, 2006 Even after Caleb Green's dominating performances this week, Mid-Con voters passed Green over in favor of Vince Young of Texas. One Mid-Con official was quoted as saying, "We know Young is not in our conference or even in the same sport, but that Rose Bowl performance was really something special and we wanted to do our part to give him the recognition he deserves." J/K Actually, Caleb WAS an oustanding quarterback at Carver Middle School in ninth grade before transfering to Memorial High School and concentrating only on basketball...
