ORUTerry
Oral Roberts to face red-hot Pittsburgh STEPHEN HOLMAN/ Tulsa World file ORU’s Robert Jarvis (excerpt) By MIKE BROWN World Sports Writer 3/17/2008 Oral Roberts basketball coach Scott Sutton liked almost everything about the Golden Eagles' first-round assignment in the NCAA Tournament. Almost everything. Denver is close enough for ORU fans to attend, and the No. 13 seed was about what Sutton expected. The opponent? Try biting into a red-hot chili pepper without knowing what's coming next. That's what it felt like Sunday for the Eagles to learn they drew red-hot Pittsburgh of the Big East Conference to open the tournament at 2 p.m. Thursday in Denver's Pepsi Center. "I like the seed and I like the location. I'm not particularly fired up about the mat chup because of the run they're on," Sutton said during Selection Sunday festivities at the Mabee Center........
