ORUTerry Posted March 11, 2008 Share Posted March 11, 2008 ORU Survives to Play Another Day 3/10/2008 9:20:45 PM (excerpt) Oral Roberts did not play well enough to win for much of Monday's victory over IPFW in the Summit League Tournament. The Golden Eagles did win but they played so poorly there is more than a little doubt about their chances in Tuesday's finals. ORU was pushed to the brink by IPFW because it couldn't hit shots. The Mastadons just weren't good enough to run away from the Eagles. A better team would have put ORU in such a hole that no comeback would have been possible.
