Truman coach Billy Guinnee and his Raytown counterpart, Mark Scanlon, know where to find plenty of beef. "You want beef?" Guinnee said, jokingly, before Thursday's practice session. "Then be at UCM Saturday night. There's going to be enough beef for everyone." The Patriots and Blue Jays will meet at the University of Central Missouri at 9:15 p.m. Saturday in Class 5 state quarterfinal action......
