I think they are like email - once you fire 'em off, there's no way to get 'em back. You might check the other boxes to make sure it didn't end up in the wrong box. I've been a little confused by the "Sentbox" and "Outbox" options. I don't know what the difference between them is. But other than that, I think it works just about like email.
