ORUTerry Posted December 27, 2005 Share Posted December 27, 2005 ORU's Tutt named player of the week By Staff Reports 12/27/2005 Oral Roberts University junior guard Ken Tutt has been named the Mid-Continent basketball player of the week, league officials announced Monday. Tutt earned his first weekly honor this season after scoring 29 points in a 65-64 loss to Utah State last Tuesday. He hit a career-high seven 3-pointers against the Aggies. For the season, Tutt is averaging 16.9 points, 2.7 assists and 2.1 rebounds per game while shooting 37.5 percent from 3-point range and 80 percent from the free-throw line.
