Mike Minyard Posted May 27, 2007 Share Posted May 27, 2007 Anyone notice that Wichita State went 49-19 this year! They played 68 games compared to our 55 games!!! Our 40 wins is pretty impressive when only playing 55 games. Outside of the top 15 RPI teams, we just about played the fewest games for a 40 win team. We entered the Mid-Con Tournament at 37-15 and No. 42 in the RPI. I'd imagine we are a lock for a three seed. I found a good point on Wichita States message board. There are only three other regionals further out west than them. So that may force us to go to Arkansas, Missouri, Texas or Texas A&M. I just have a feeling we won't be going to Wichita State or Rice. I hope we go to WSU, Arkansas or Missouri. Some WSU fans have predicted: No. 1 WSU No. 2 Oklahoma State No. 3 ORU No. 4 ???
