On this list, I noticed that ORU is the only school that hasn't named a second Joint Council member. It has to be a Senior Woman Administrator. In our case, who fills that role?

Could be they don't have anyone in the office who could fill the position because the athletics department consists almost entirely of men.

True. Years ago, it might have been Rhonda Fowler.

The athletic department's SWA resigned recently (amicably and voluntarily) and in the process of replacing that position (as well as Devin Crosby's position).  It's a timing thing and the second position will be selected soon.  You're correct that Rhonda Fowler was ORU's long-time SWA in the athletic department and did a great job in that role.
