tmh8286
Caleb got off to a fast start last night, with three quick treys, and had eighteen points by halftime. I wanted him to break the Mid-Con scoring record SO badly last night, I was screaming with every point he scored. Caleb had to be aware of how close he was to the record, and with the scoreboard at the UMAC he could see exactly where he was, points-wise. But he kept passing the ball to the open guy, looking for another guy to score, throughout the second half. Thankfully, his 28 point's passed up Michael Watson's career scoring record, and Caleb was able to get the record in front of his most devoted fans. But I really think if Caleb wasn't such an unselfish player, he could have had 35+ for the game.
OKC Eagle
There was a play late in the second half where Vealy scored from the right side with Caleb doubled on the left (I can't remember if Caleb got the assist). Caleb got more fired up on that basket than his own.
