Old Titan Posted February 23, 2007 Share Posted February 23, 2007 According to today's updated stats on the Mid-Con website, Caleb Green has scored a total of 583 points this season, giving him a career total of 2,388 points - just 100 points shy of Michael Watson's conference career mark of 2,488. If ORU can make it to the Mid-Con finals, Caleb should have a shot at breaking the record in either an NCAA or NIT first-round game, at his present scoring clip of 20 points a game. And if he really goes out on a tear, I wonder how many college players have ever scored 2,500 points, with over 1,000 rebounds? He would need to average 22.4 points over five games for that club...
