vcboy2000
TU fans are gonna be high on their horses tonight and all weekend after taking OU to the wire. Be prepared for the barrage of TU posters on our site gloating, and predicting the big upset. We'll let them have their fun until Saturday before we bring them back down to earth. Oh... and by the way, congrats to the TU fans reading this for taking OU to the wire. Big confidence booster for the young team, i'm sure. ORUTerry
TU showed heart to not give up when they were down by 19 or so.... last year's team would have mailed it in. The Hurricane have to be concerned about the amount of turnovers and lack of rebounding. By the way, OU is way over ranked - they are definitely not a top 5 team. Their guard play is very suspect. I don't think I saw one entry pass to a post player. Point guards were too busy dribbling or taking shots. What was with OU's double high post offense - with neither Bookout or Gray under the basket? Very interesting... Gray is over rated; some games he shows up and in others he is no where to be seen. Bookout is very physical and smart... gets away with a lot under the basket. vcboy2000
What is up with Calvin Sampson? OU complains about their guard play last year that got them a #5 ranking this year. I thought his guards were awesome last year. Had to be something else besides their play as to why the guys were forced out. Wish we could get OU here at the mabee center. I seriously doubt they will play TU or ORU next year. Not with how close TU played them in their down year. Sad.
