ORUTerry Posted January 28, 2007 Share Posted January 28, 2007 Men's: Oral Roberts 77, IUPUI 66: Golden Eagles roll to Mid-Con win By Staff Reports 1/28/2007 Oral Roberts held off Indiana-Purdue in the second half to pick up a Mid-Continent Conference win Saturday at the Mabee Center. The win makes the Golden Eagles 7-0 in Mid-Continent Conference play and extends their winning streak to nine games -- the longest since Bill Self's last season at the helm in 1996-97. Caleb Green had 22 points and 11 rebounds for his 57th career doubledouble, and Marchello Vealy added 18 points. He was 6-of-7 from the field, including two 3-pointers, and he had three rebounds, two blocked shots and two assists, with only one turnover. "That's solid," Green said of Vealy.
