Bogus Smith Posted November 10, 2023 Author Posted November 10, 2023 Not to be outdone by 6'3" Kaylie Scott, our third signee of this early signing period is a 6'6" center from Idabel. Welcome to ORU, Mary Carden! 2

Coach Musick loves to play an up-tempo style and she will not wait on anyone. Something tells me that she will learn to run this summer as she enters the school's strength and conditioning routine. 1
ORU82 Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Interesting catch, it appears she had offers from ACU, Rice and Oklahoma State as well as us. At 6'6", she has the potential to dominate in the paint. 1

Bogus Smith Posted March 10, 2024 Author Posted March 10, 2024 Mary Carden and the Idabel Warriors won their first girls' state basketball championship in Class 3A. Mary is going to add a new dimension to our women's basketball team for sure, but it will take time for her to get up to the speed of D-1 basketball and learn how to play Kelsi's style. Here are some pictures from tonight's game. 1
Popular Post Bogus Smith Posted March 10, 2024 Author Popular Post Posted March 10, 2024 After looking through the recruits we have coming in, and the ladies that are coming back from this year, it will be us and SDSU competing for the title next year - hands down. And it is possible that both of us could get bids to the Big Dance in March if we play to our potential. You heard it here first! 6 4
Bogus Smith Posted May 17, 2024 Author Posted May 17, 2024 A surprise signee for the already stacked women's basketball team. Tony Heard's (TU MBB player) daughter changes her mind and goes from Abilene Christian to ORU!! She was the #1 girl's basketball recruit in the Tulsa area last season. Big-time get for Kelsi and crew. 2 3
