While we all get excited (fixated?) on basketball and the success/failure of our team(s) - it is important to keep perspective on what is really important. orumom Posted November 23, 2005 Share Posted November 23, 2005 Those of us who are safe, dry, warm and well fed on Thanksgiving also need to remember that just because we don't see news clip of Katrina victims every day, that we still have a large population in the US that are not in their own homes this week and that Oklahoma is in the top 10 states for people suffering from hunger in the US.
