A few side notes on the game: ORU played TCU in Fort Worth three years ago.  Jurgens started the game and Lacis and DJ came off the bench.  As the saying goes: get old and stay old.  Experience makes a difference!

TCU's Emmanuel Miller is a 6'7 power forward who should be very high on the Eagles scouting report.  He led Texas A&M in scoring and rebounding last year.  A guy who can do it all: score inside and out, rebound, and play defense.  Somewhat like Tulsa's Horne.

TCU plays 10+ players but are led by Miller (6’8” PF) who averages 10.8 ppg shooting 44.6% (22.2% from 3-pt; 1.5 attempts pg) with 8.0 rebs. Miles (6’0” PG) is their leading scorer at 16.0 ppg - shooting 38.3% (25.9% from 3-pt; 4.5 attempts) with 3.0 rebs, 4.3 assists and 3.7 turnovers.

TCU appears to be a poor shooting team - but TU was too going into our game with them and they ended up shooting over 50% from behind the 3-pt line.

Incredibly disjointed offensively. Got completely bullied on the boards. Tough to watch.

Max is a turnover machine tonight, got 5 already. Don't ever see this from him - thought he would be stoked to play in his hometown.

Max possibly has more turnovers tonight than the whole ncaa tournament.

He had 5 vs Florida and 5 vs Arkansas. Surprised it was that many honestly.

Good Guys rallied from 17 down in the first half to take a 52-51 lead with 10 minutes left...then just didnt seize the moment and scored just 11 points the rest of the way... ORU needs a road win at Houston Baptist. 😐

Y'all are loud! Keep it up. Can hear you loud and clear on the broadcast.

Yes!  Was very impressed to hear the ORU chant on the ESPN+ broadcast.  Well done, everyone!!!

We brought the energy. 30+ Alumni and Students were louder than TCU fans at various points in the game. Didn't get the W, but it will come.

Looked like Lacis had a good game: 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.  He continues to improve in his shooting from the beginning of the year.  Hard to get down 30-13 and then try and come back to win on the road.  Similar to the UCA game when they got down 20 but came back to tie the game.  Need better starts to games on the road.
