Bogus Smith
The guys at ESPN (http://insider.espn.go.com/ncaa/insider/news/story?id=2449975&action=login&appRedirect=http%3a%2f%2finsider.espn.go.com%2fncaa%2finsider%2fnews%2fstory%3fid%3d2449975) predict us to go to the Norman regional with Wichita State, OU and Tulane. This would be a great regional for us since we have beaten all of the teams except for OU (which we haven't played yet), but OU has lost to OSU and WSU, who we have beaten. Regardless, based on history, I think that we will end up at the Fayetteville or Norman (OKC) regionals due to the proximity to Tulsa. Should be an easy regional for us to get to. ORUalum
it looks like they've seeded our beloved golden flashes as a fourth seed...i really think the flashes deserve a 3rd seed this year Norman, Okla. Oklahoma Sooners Tulane Green Wave Wichita State Shockers* Oral Roberts Golden Flashes*
ORUJason
The 16 regional sites have been announced: Alabama Arkansas Cal State Fullerton Clemson Georgia Georgia Tech Kentucky Mississippi Nebraska North Carolina OU Oregon State Pepperdine Rice Texas Virginia Tech OSU was left out, and there are NO Florida host sites for the first time since 1975. http://www.baseballamerica.com/today/college/news/261471.html It looks like the closest, most travel-friendly sites are OU, Arkansas, Austin-TX, and Nebraska. ORUTex
The Rice regional in Houston would also be a pretty easy trip from Tulsa. In another projection, SEBaseball.com also has us in the Norman regional, but as a 3 seed: Norman Regional Host: Oklahoma 1. Oklahoma (Big XII at large) 4. TCU (Mt West automatic) 2. Houston (CUSA at large) 3. Oral Roberts (Mid-Continent automatic) http://www.sebaseball.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=547794
Guest EagleBackr
...a legitimate case could be made for sending ORU to ANY of the following sites as a #3 or #4 seed: Norman (OU) Austin (Texas) Fayetteville (Arkansas) Houston (Rice) Lincoln (Nebraska) None of these would surprise me when the brackets are announced Monday... I'm sure that made a lot of Cowboy fans happy. Obviously, this writer didn't do his homework when he put together his copy.

I would agree EB, but the last place we need to be is in Austin. There is no one that is going to come out of that Regional, but Texas. Any team that is sent there might as well mail in their lineup and stay home. There's no reason for any team to show up there except to gain experience for next year.
