I didn't care to read the link to the official announcement that was included. Somebody want to explain? (No, that'll take too long...somebody want to sum up?) My source inside the VP Council said that they want research from like the last 7 or 8 years on where our athletes are coming from, how they're doing in school, and after they leave.
