MrsSmith Posted March 18, 2006 Share Posted March 18, 2006 I had a blast yesterday. What a blessing that the game was close enough for all of us to go down. It was so great to see all of the ORU fans there. We got to catch up with our friend and former player Brian Miles. He brought his 13 year old son who is already 6'3". We worked on a little "recruiting" there. We saw so many former players - Luke, Josh & Matt were all there. Mark Wilson and Bill Cummins were there (although I didn't see them). I'm sure there were many more. I thought we played well. I wish the final score would have been a little closer, but I was glad that they didn't get to 100. I'm looking forward to going again next year. But in the meantime there is baseball. Don't forget the Wichita State game on Tuesday night. Unfortunately we lost last night to UC Irvine 9-8.
