vcboy2000 Posted October 10, 2015 Share Posted October 10, 2015 Saw Mr. Tom Coburn on the news today talking about his new free app "Open Books" to promote transparency in government spending. I downloaded the app, clicked on federal funds in our area, and saw TU at the top of the list with what looks to be over $18 billion in federal grants over the past few years.
