ORUalum
sounds like a good thing...although the article says "Gold will still feature prominently in the new look", i'd like to see them spend some money to knock most of the gold off the entire campus LINK (excerpt) Cityplex Towers, the tallest skyscraper in Tulsa, is set for a $10 million renovation which will alter its distinctive look. The facelift will replace all of the corner points, windows and panels around all three towers with blue glass as well as the roof of the atrium, building owner Oral Roberts University announced. Michael Predovic, principal of Trinity Commercial Properties, the entity formed by ORU in 2006 to manage the property, said the change will "dramatically" alter how it looks as well as boost its appeal with potential tenants. "This gives us an opportunity to reintroduce the building back into the market and bring it more in line with today’s architecture," he said.
