theeagleman5
Not much of a surprise that Bob Bradley was finally fired as coach of the USA national soccer team after the disappointing effort vs. Mexico in the Gold Cup final last month and another World Cup defeat at the hands of Ghana in 2010....a new approach is needed along with some new younger players....hopefully, former German World Cup start Jurgin Klinsman will be the answer.....the team plays a "friendly" against Mexico here in Phila. in 10 days....nothing friendly about a game with our rivals from south of the border.... theeagleman5
A decent effort by the US squad here in Philly last night in their first game under new coach Jurgen Klinsman....TheEagleman is very excited about the choice of the great German Ex-World Cup star who has resided in the USA for about 15 yrs now since he married an American....we should see some much needed change in style and hopefully improvement over the next year as we head into qualifying for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.....last night we tied arch-rival Mexico, 1-1....I would refer to the game as a "friendly" but there is no such thing against our neighbors from south of the border.....
