FAITH HAS sustained Madeline Manning Mims throughout her life.

Whether it was as a 24-year-old Olympian staring down a member of the Black September terrorist group at the 1972 Munich Games or in coming to grips with a difficult divorce, Manning Mims' faith has served her well.

Now 62, the gold and silver Olympic medalist is sharing her beliefs as one of three chaplains for the Tulsa Shock professional women's basketball team. Manning Mims is joined by Oral Roberts women's basketball assistant coach Misti Cussen and Sapulpa head girls basketball coach Darlean Calip......
