Joining her, from left, is her mother, Air Force Major Paula Jacobs, father Keith Reynolds, and Conquistador coaches Jake Brown and Vincent Flowers. //Len Wood/Staff Kendall Reynolds hasn’t competed long, but her coach Vincent Flowers knows she is destined for success. “She has just scratched the surface,” Flowers said after Reynolds, a senior track star at Cabrillo High School signed a letter-of-intent to continue her athletic career at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Okla.
