TrueBlue82 Posted August 30, 2008 Share Posted August 30, 2008 ORU opens the season at the Sun Bowl Invitational in El Paso with a three game sweep over Eagleman's favorite opponent - New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). The Golden Eagles play twice on Saturday - at 11 am CDT vs. Butler and 8 pm vs. host UTEP. Butler beat UTEP 3-1 on Friday. so the morning matchup could well decide the championship. For those interested, UTEP's website offers an animated Gametracker for the entire tournament. ORU just won game 1 against Butler 25-16. ORU_Ed Posted September 2, 2008 Share Posted September 2, 2008 The girls played great this weekend. 3-0 on El Paso and then played tough against a powerhouse in NU losing 0-3. Everyone, The team is now home for 4 games this weekend. Thurs 9/4 at 7pm against Tulsa Fri 9/5 at 7pm against Fordham Sat 9/6 at Noon against Ark-Pine Bluff Sat 9/6 at 7pm against North Texas It's Free admission Be there!!
